Return & Refund Policy

If you purchase a product from Tasty Time Foods that is faulty, damaged, inedible, or defective, we offer a refund to your original payment method or an exchange; however, we reserve the right to assess the product’s quality and may deny claims without valid proof of purchase. To make a claim, you must provide a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase, and while a staff member will advise on item return (at your cost), once a refund is approved and processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, though this timeline may vary by bank.

Tasty time Foods reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

Tasty Time Foods reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange without proof of purchase.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.
